Our brand fills us with pride. Currently we are one of the leading sturgeon farms in Europe. It was all created by Antoni Łakomiak, the founder and president of the Company, Marcin Pająk and Zbigniew Gruszczyński. The brand name comes from the name of the President of the Company and was chosen by his co-workers to honour his contribution to the development of the company.

A breeder with nearly thirty years of experience. He says he was born to breed fish. Antoni Łakomiak graduated from the Faculty of Water Protection and Inland Fisheries at the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He faced many obstacles in his career but thanks to his determination to pursue defined goals, "Gosławice" Fish Farm is currently the largest sturgeon breeding farm in Poland and one of the biggest in Europe. He was the person who initiated breeding sturgeons for caviar and modernizing the processing plant in order to open a modern production line to produce caviar.
Passion, commitment, experience, those words describe him perfectly. He is an outstanding ichthyologist who assists the President of the management board of „GOSŁAWICE” Fish Farm in the most important decisions. In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of Water Protection and Inland Fisheries at the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He is an expert in ichthyology.
A graduate of The Maksymilian Siła-Nowicki Complex of Secondary Schools in Sieraków. A first-class expert in the art of breeding fish (both cryophilic and thermophilic). He developed the first spawning stock in „GOSŁAWICE” Fish Farm.
More than 20 years of experience in fish processing. He graduated from the Academy of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. He was the main coordinator of modernization works in the processing plant which led to the opening of a modern caviar production line. He supervises the caviar production process which is led by qualified food technologists – graduates of the Faculty of Food Science, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.
Builds the brand of Antonius Caviar. A legal adviser. Since childhood she has been immersed in the fishing industry and has actively participated in the process of breeding sturgeons many times. A perfectionist. As she combines her passion for fish with her passion for law she takes care of every detail of caviar production and distribution.
A PhD student at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He has been passionate about fish since his early childhood. He combines a scientific and practical approach to breeding fish. His main task is to select and prepare sturgeons for caviar production.
A fishing enthusiast. Strongly involved in all Farm’s matters. A graduate of the Faculty of Food Science and Fisheries at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. Particularly interested in sturgeon reproduction. Constantly looking for new solutions.
