A successful pairing was highly appreciated by the Academy of Gastonomy in Poland. During the AIG Trip Poland &#8211; <strong>the very first meeting of the International Acedemies of Gastronomy presidents<\/strong> &#8211; the Academy representatives were able to taste Polish flavours and find out how the Polish chefs cook.
