The product is available in our <a href=\"https:\/\/antoniuscaviar.com\/\">e-shop<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Blinis with caviar (4 servings)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sour cream with chives<\/strong> (prepare in advance)<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100 g (3,5 oz) of sour cream<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd bunch of chives<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd of red onion<\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p>Chop the chives finely and mix it with sour cream. Store in the fridge for about 3 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blinis&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 250 g (9 oz) of wheat flour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 250 g (9 oz) of buckwheat flour<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 1 egg<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 20 g (0,7 oz) of fresh yeast<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 0,5 l milk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 1,5 tablespoon of butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 3 g (0,1 oz) salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 2 tablespoons of sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 1 cup of warm water<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix the yeast with sugar and 1 cup of warm water, add half of the flour. Mix together and leave for fermentation for half an hour. Add butter, salt, milk, egg yolk and the remaining flour. Mix properly and leave for fermentation for half an hour. Whisk the egg whites and add it to the mixture. Mix together gently. Leave for fermentation for half an hour.
