For a moment we got away from the Polish reality and moved to Madrid, to <strong>one of the largest culinary convention in the world<\/strong>: MADRID &nbsp;FUSI\u00d3N (23rd-25th January 2017). 117 speakers, 167 exhibitors, 12300 visitors; a meeting of the greatest chefs and of fans of not only Spanish specialties. And also &#8211; Antonius Caviar. Our stand was visited by many chefs from all over Spain.
