Peel the shallots and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes and cucumber, and then cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the cucumber into long and narrow stripes resembling the shape of pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Clean and peel the shrimps while heating the oil in the pan. Add shallots and garlic and fry for a moment. Then add the bison grass and pour in \u017bubr\u00f3wka. Slowly evaporate the alcohol (the entire fluid should be reduced by \u00be of the volume). Then add the cream and cook everything for 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced and has consistency of a sauce. In the meantime fry the shrimps.<\/p>\n<p>Take out the bison grass and add the cut cucumber with tomatoes, as well as a chopped bunch of chives and&nbsp;\u00be of caviar. Season everything gently so as not to lose the taste of the caviar. Add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce and mix everything.<\/p>\n<p>Serve the dish in a deeper plate adding shrimps, leek sprouts and a bit of caviar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: &#8211;
