We still remember the gala premiere of the famous Yellow Guide Gault&Millau Polska 2017 – a guide of best restaurants and hotels in Poland. The premiere gala, which took place on 27th November 2016, in the Science and Technology Center EC1 in Łódź, has attracted many celebrities of the Polish gastronomy industry. This year, the titles of the best chefs went to: Andrzej Polan (Chef of Traditional Cuisine), Katarzyna Daniłowicz (Female Chef), Łukasz Budzik (Young Talent), Ernest Jagodziński (Chef of Tomorrow) and Andrea Camastra (Chef of the Year).
There was no other option – Antonius Caviar had to be there. For us it was an opportunity not only to taste brilliant dishes prepared by the best chefs in Poland, but also to meet exceptional people and to have many, though short, but very valuable conversations.
Delicious snacks at our stand at the gala Gault&Millau Polska were prepared by chefs Dominik Narloch and Martin Guz from the Herbarium Spa. Besides traditional blini with sour cream and caviar there was also a boiled sturgeon with onion veloute.
One of Antonius Caviar form at gala Gault&Millau Polska. We want to thank the chef of Dwór Sieraków, Janusz Fic, for a delicious appetizer with our caviar. Congratulations on the nomination for the title of Chef of Traditional Cuisine 2017 and on high points awarded to Dwór Sieraków by the experts of the Yellow Guide.
