The beginning of the 2017 was extremely busy. For a moment we got away from the Polish reality and moved to Madrid, to one of the largest culinary convention in the world: MADRID  FUSIÓN (23rd-25th January 2017). 117 speakers, 167 exhibitors, 12300 visitors; a meeting of the greatest chefs and of fans of not only Spanish specialties. And also – Antonius Caviar. Our stand was visited by many chefs from all over Spain. Among polish caviar amateurs was even the vice mayor of Madrid!
