This amazing and inspiring festival of flavours lasted for 5 days. Over 2,000 exhibitors and almost 150,000 visitors. We couldn’t miss it!
SIRHA LYON is a unique event. Especially the twentieth edition, which took place in an extremely difficult period for gastronomy. No one was quite sure whether the COVID-19 pandemic was over for good, but everyone needed a respite – direct contact with chefs, meetings with breeders, producers and of course with those for whom we work – customers, gourmets, restaurants and bars guests.
Almost every day, from the very morning, we had lively discussions with our stand visitors and other exhibitors. We shared best practices and experiences, and in the meantime we watched over 60 competitions and admired their winners. During various shows, as many as 350 inspirations for the food industry were presented – at few fair events the program is so full of attractions for the participants.
We are even more pleased that our stand was visited so willingly. Many were amazed by the way it was designed – it was, in fact, quite hard to pass by indifferently. And after tasting our Oscietra and Siberian – some wanted to stay with us and enjoy it even longer. That is why we did not say “goodbye” to any of our guests, but rather said “see you soon!”
