Ingredients:
– 0.8 kg of linguini pasta
– 0.4 kg of green cucumber
– 3 tomatoes
– 2 banana shallots
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 12 shrimps (size 16/20)
– 300 ml of sweet cream (30%)
– 100 ml of Żubrówka
– 4 blades of bison grass
– 1 bunch of chives
– 1 packet of leek sprouts
– 1 tin of Antonius Caviar Siberian
– salt and pepper for seasoning
Preparation:
Boil the pasta in salted water with a little bit of oil until the pasta is al dente. Peel the shallots and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the tomatoes and cucumber, and then cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the cucumber into long and narrow stripes resembling the shape of pasta.
Clean and peel the shrimps while heating the oil in the pan. Add shallots and garlic and fry for a moment. Then add the bison grass and pour in Żubrówka. Slowly evaporate the alcohol (the entire fluid should be reduced by ¾ of the volume). Then add the cream and cook everything for 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced and has consistency of a sauce. In the meantime fry the shrimps.
Take out the bison grass and add the cut cucumber with tomatoes, as well as a chopped bunch of chives and ¾ of caviar. Season everything gently so as not to lose the taste of the caviar. Add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce and mix everything.
Serve the dish in a deeper plate adding shrimps, leek sprouts and a bit of caviar.
