The International Academy of Gastronomy has been awarding people and organisations deserved to the gastronomy development with the AIG PRIX. The Laureates can be chcaracterised as of high level worldwide skills. Starting in 2016, the Academy of Gastronomy in Poland introduced their own awards – Ars Coquilinaria, with the following categories: The Taste Master, The Taste Friend and Polish Product. Closest to our heart turned out to be the Polish Product category. Our longstanding efforts to obtain a Polish product of very high standards were appreciated with the Ars Coquilinaria Award.
