The next point on the map was the picturesque region of Lake Como and the famous Italian RistorExpo congress (12th-15th February 2017).

This year’s culinary event took place under the patronage of Gault & Millau Polska. We are happy that together with Justyna Adamczyk – the executive editor of The Yellow Guide and highly talented chefs and bartenders: Adrian Klonowski (Metamorfoza Restaurant), Michał Bryś (L’enfant Terrible), Łukasz Budzik (Mennicza Fusion), Andrea Camastra (Senses), Mateusz Szuchnik (El Koktel), Adam Grądziel and Jakub Kozłowski ( Kita Koguta), and manufacturers of unique Polish products: Pasieka Jaros, Sery Grądzkie, Masarnia z Tradycją «Dreszler», Nalewki Staropolskie, ZdroweOleje, Chopin Vodka, Green Farm, Cydr Chyliczki and BernOnTable, we had an opportunity to proudly represent our country at RistorExpo 2017.
