In a warm July evening took place a magical dinner. In the restaurant Sztuczka in Gdynia we had the opportunity to taste original dishes with Antonius Caviar in the lead role! A master of craft, chef Jacek Koprowski, brought to life magical dishes, e.g. Siberian with fresh sorrel leaves, pieces of apples and cream on corn blini or Oscietra with eel, raw egg yolk, leeks and horseradish. And all this is served in a exceptional company – our caviar was proudly accompanied by Champagne Ruinart, that comes from the world’s oldest Champagne House Ruinart.
The dinner satisfied even the most demanding lovers of exquisite flavors. The unique atmosphere, sophisticated simplicity and minimalism of the dishes will stick in a memory of all the guests for a long time. And the answer to the question « how did they do that? », just like magic tricks, must remain a mystery.
