There are many ways to make spring come faster. One of them was a dinner under the slogan ‘Fish and Wine’ organized by the Agritourism Koziarnia. The dinner was led by real passionate chef and producer of unusual boards BernOnTable – Rafal Bernatowicz. Invited guests had an opportunity to try fishes in different ways of serving: smoked, pickled or marinated. Among the specialties there was also Antonius Caviar, served in a traditional way – with blini and sour cream.
