Tasting dinner in Lumiere Restaurant & Wine

Antonius Caviar

Podkoziolek, which in the local Poznan dialect means ‘the last day of the carnival’, was dominated by the culinary Clashes of Giants – a tasting dinner in the Lumiere Restaurant, prepared by chefs: Jakub Kasprzak and Tomasz Purol. Antonius Caviar was the patron of the event and it appeard in a company of scallops and lemon.
