Need for meat – the title of the Dutch film, presented at this year’s Transatlantyk Festival. It became the inspiration for chef Rafał Niewiarowski from Dym Na Wodzie Ustka restaurant, who prepared an exquisite dinner under the cycle Culinary Cinema. Contrarily, accompanied by maturing roast beef and young pickled vegetables, there was Antonius Caviar!
